New draft of CTM

The Editors of CTM have published a new draft of the Compact Topic Maps Syntax in preparation for the Leipzig meeting.

TMAPIX 0.1 released

Lars Heuer announces the release of some Java libs to make working with TMAPI more comfortable. "TMAPIX contains packages to build and filter Topic Maps constructs; additionally several utility classes are provided."
