TMAPI for PHP 0.1

Espen Holge announced the release of TMAPI/PHP today:

TMAPI/PHP will implement an API for PHP based on the TMAPI (www.tmapi.org) project. This API will enable PHP developers easy and standarized implementation of topic maps in their applications.
