New W3C working group Semantic Web Best Practices and Deployment "is focused on providing consensus-based guidance - including practical deployment recommendations, engineering guidelines, ontology / vocabulary development practices, educational material and effective demonstrations, designed to facilitate Semantic Web deployment."
