Canonical XTM

Steve Pepper has announced that

"The first draft of the Canonical XTM specification has been posted as N395 at http://www.isotopicmaps.org/sam/cxtm/." Canonical XTM's "purpose is to enable the development of conformance test suites for topic map processors by ensuring that all processing defined therein has been performed correctly."
